Featured Listing - Contract and Cancellation Policy:
The fee collected for a Featured Listing is paid one time only.
$30 of funds collected is non-refundable.
If canceled within one year the remaining balance is refunded.
If canceled after one year there is no refund.
Complaints From Renters: Cabin Rental PAL reserves the right to terminate all contracts with Owners that are found to be misrepresenting a property, where Cabin Rental PAL receives complaints from property renters.
Cabin Rental PAL reserves the right to cancel any contract at its sole discretion and for any reason.
