Beaver Mountain Resort in Logan, Utah has been in operation since 1939. Beaver Mountain is situated in the Wasatch Cache National Forest at a base elevation of 7,200 feet. Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah opened in 1981 and has become known for its revolutionary approach to ski area service.
